General notes on returns
I. General information
Please do not hesitate to return the item to us, as this will result in considerable additional costs. If you return an item which is not returned free of charge, which you have to bear (eg due to a contractual agreement), we must also charge you the penalty for the non-free shipping.
If the costs of the return are to be borne by us, the reimbursement which you have incurred will be refunded without delay.
Please make sure to send the item to be returned to us, together with all the accessories in the scope of the article and in the original packaging belonging to the article.
We would also like to ask you to ensure safe packaging of the return item.
If you receive a delivery slip for the selected form of return from the freight carrier, you should keep it carefully until the return handling has been completed.
II. Return for the exercise of the statutory right of revocation
Before returning an item, please check whether the withdrawal period for the effective exercise of the right of revocation is still open, provided that you have not already declared your revocation against us in due time.
In addition, we ask you to check before a return for this reason whether the item to be returned is exempted from the statutory right of revocation due to a statutory exemption. Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts:
1. Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is subject to an individual selection or destination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
2. Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery,
3. Contracts for the supply of goods, if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods,
4. Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery,
Please also note that a legal right of revocation is only granted to a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, ie only a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose which can not be attributed to either his commercial or his independent professional activity.
III. Return due to defect or defect
In the case of a return for this reason, please select in the return form (e-mail) whether you want a rework (= repair of the defective or defective article, if possible) or a supplementary delivery (= delivery of a defect-free thing, if possible).
We will bear the shipping costs required for the processing of your legitimate demands for subsequent fulfillment. We will reimburse you promptly after reviewing the article, if this has a defect.
If you would like a processing of your complaint about an existing manufacturing guarantee (please refer to the documentation supplied with the article), please select this in the form under III. out. In this case, we forward the article on your behalf to the manufacturer or its warranty service provider. In this case, settlement shall be governed by the terms of the guarantee promise issued by the manufacturer.
IV. Return due to transport damage or loss
Should the delivered article have been damaged on the transport route (especially in the case of damaged outer packaging, such as crushed, torn or torn, soaked or recognizably newly glued packaging) or if parts of the delivery had been lost or stolen on the transport route, please send us The item (s) if possible in the damaged outer packaging, possibly using a further outer packaging or using the original packaging, which you have closed again.
If you have received a confirmation of damage to the consignment from the deliverer, please enclose it in a copy of your return. We also recommend that you take photos of the damaged shipment if this is possible.
After checking the facts, we will send you the damaged item (s) immediately free of charge and reimburse you the shipping costs for the return shipment.
V. Return due to incorrect delivery
If we have inadvertently sent you an item you have not ordered, or an item you have ordered, please return the item (s) of the order to us. You will immediately receive the correct item free of charge and reimburse the shipping costs incurred for the return.
