Returns, complaints and exchanges
Please note that deliveries of goods that are made according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. holster production for modified weapons) are excluded from the right of return (see revocation). The same applies to goods which, due to their nature, are unsuitable for return or which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date has been exceeded. If you have any complaints or objections, please contact us before returning the goods.
All other articles can be returned to us within 30 days without giving a reason.
For german customer:
We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if you have a customer account with us and if the return is made within Germany. In the case of international returns, the buyer bears the direct costs of the return, unless he has participated in the PayPal program for free returns. In this case, PayPal will pay for the return shipping.
With us you have the option of a free return if you have created a customer account with us or have participated in the free PayPal returns program.
In order for your return to reach us undamaged, we would like to ask you to send the goods back to us in the original box and packaging, if possible. Proceed as follows for a return:
Processing for customers with a Holsterwelt customer account:
• Please request a DHL parcel label for your return from [email protected] Please include your order number.
• Please fill out the return form (you will find it as an attachment in the dispatch confirmation e-mail) and enclose it in the package.
• Print out the DHL parcel label and stick it on the parcel.
• Hand in your package at a DHL station.
Processing for customers who have chosen PayPal as their payment method AND have participated in the free returns program:

The amount of the returned goods will be reimbursed within a maximum of five working days after receipt of your return. You will then receive an e-mail from us with the invoice correction. Your credit will be refunded to the account from which you paid for your order, e.g .:
• If you buy in advance, you will receive a credit to the bank account from which the transfer was made.
• If you pay with PayPal, you will receive a credit on your PayPal account.
Depending on the bank, the return transfer takes 6-10 days. Please note that experience has shown that credit cards take several days to be credited and can therefore only be visible on the next credit card statement if the charge is delayed. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
If you want to exchange the purchased item for another item, please place a new order. For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to offset a credit note against a new order.
When trying on a belt, please make sure not to pull the belt too tight. This usually causes visible signs of use and makes the returned belt unsaleable for us. The same applies to scratches and bends when used with gun holsters.
Note leather holster:
If the weapon sits very tightly in a holster made of real leather or if the safety tab does not close completely or with difficulty, this is usually normal because the real leather contracts due to production. If you are of the opinion that the holster is considerably too small, please contact us so that we can clarify the cause.
If an article is delivered defective or if it shows a defect within the warranty period, please inform us in writing or by telephone of the defect in the article. We will then contact you as soon as possible to discuss further steps.
