Returns, complaints and exchanges
Please note that deliveries of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal requirements (e.g. holster production for modified weapons) are excluded from the right of return (see withdrawal). The same applies to goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return or can spoil quickly or whose expiry date has been exceeded. If you have any complaints or objections, please contact us before returning the goods
All other items can be returned to us within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.
For customers from Germany:
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. After we have received the goods, we will refund the shipping costs if you return all items from this order. This does not apply if you keep one or more items from this order (according to legislation).
Return procedure:
To ensure that your return reaches us undamaged, we would ask you to send the goods back to us in the original box and packaging if possible. Please complete the returns form (you will also find it as an attachment in the shipping confirmation e-mail) and enclose it in the package.
Refund:
The amount of the returned goods will be refunded within a maximum of five working days after receipt of your return. You will then receive an e-mail from us with an invoice correction. Your credit will be refunded to the account from which you paid for your order, e.g:
- In the case of a prepayment purchase, you will receive a credit to the bank account from which the transfer was made.
- If you pay with Paypal, you will receive a credit to your Paypal account.
Depending on the bank, the refund will take 6-10 days. Please note that experience has shown that crediting credit cards can take several days and may therefore only be visible on the next credit card statement with a delayed debit. The refund will be made in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
Refunds for discounts that are linked to a minimum order value:
We offer discounts or free shipping above a certain purchase amount. This minimum order value must be reached for the discount to be applied to the order. The same applies to discount codes.
If you have placed an order and used discounts and then return an item from this order, thereby reducing the total cost of this order, this means that the conditions for using the discount or free shipping are no longer met. This is because the total value of the order is now below the minimum order value. This may result in us adjusting the amount you are refunded for the returned item accordingly.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange the purchased item for another item, please place a new order. For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to offset a credit note against a new order.
Note on belts:
When trying on a belt, please take care not to pull the strap too tight. This usually causes visible signs of wear and makes the returned belt unsaleable for us. The same applies to scratches and bends when used with gun holsters.
Note on leather holsters:
If the gun sits very tightly in a holster made of genuine leather or the safety latch does not close completely or with difficulty, this is usually normal, as the genuine leather contracts due to the production process. FAULTY ARTICLE
If an item is delivered incorrectly or has a defect within the warranty period, please inform us in writing or by telephone of the defect in the item. We will then contact you immediately to discuss further steps.
For consumers from EU and non-EU countries:
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
