✨ Returns, Exchanges & Complaints – Your Rights & Instructions

❗ Exclusions from Return:

Please note that the following items are excluded from the right of return:

• Custom-made products based on customer specifications (e.g. holsters made for modified weapons)

• Items tailored to individual needs

• Products that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g. perishable goods or items past their expiration date)

✅ How to Return Your Items:

All non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days without providing any reason.

For Customers from Germany:

• You bear the direct cost of return shipping.

• Once the return is received in full, we will refund your initial shipping costs, provided the entire order is returned. For partial returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return Process:

1. Pack the item(s) securely, preferably in the original box with all accessories.

2. Include the completed return form (available in the shipping confirmation email).

3. Send the parcel to the address specified on the return form.

💸 Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

• You will receive a corrected invoice via email.

• The refund will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Bank transfer: refund to the account used for prepayment

  • PayPal: refund to your PayPal account

  • Credit card: refund to your credit card (may be visible only in the next statement)

Note: Refunds are made in the currency of the original purchase. Losses due to exchange rate fluctuations are not covered.

🛂 Discounts & Returns:

If your order benefited from a discount or free shipping based on a minimum order value, and your return causes the total to drop below that threshold, the discount will be voided retroactively, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

🔄 Exchanges:

Direct exchanges are not possible.
Please place a new order if you want to exchange an item. We cannot offset refunds against new orders for technical reasons.

👖 Important Notes for Trying On Items:

Belts:

Please do not pull belts too tightly during try-on. Doing so may leave visible signs of wear, which makes the item non-returnable.

Leather Holsters:

Genuine leather holsters may feel tight initially – this is not a defect, but part of the natural break-in process.

If the holster still appears too small, please contact us to clarify the issue.

🛠️ Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if it develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us in writing or by phone and describe:

• The nature of the defect

• When it was noticed

We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange repair, replacement or refund.

🌍 Returns from Outside Germany (EU & Non-EU):

As an international customer, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
Important: Your return must be clearly marked as a "Return" and declared with a value of "0 euros". This is mandatory to avoid customs charges.
