HOLSTERWELT JOURNAL · FAQ
A similar model name is not enough. Use this checklist to choose the correct configuration.

1. Start with the exact firearm model
Provide the manufacturer and full firearm model. Include the generation, variant and barrel length where relevant. Compact, Subcompact, SK and Long can identify distinct configurations.
A holster listed for a model family is not automatically approved for every version. Check the details of the selected product variant.
2. Specify the optic and mounted light
Give the exact make and model of any optic or weapon light. “With a red dot” or “with a light” does not identify the complete setup. A light-bearing holster may be designed for a particular combination; an RDS description is not a universal compatibility guarantee for every mounting arrangement.
3. Choose the hand and carry method
Select the right-handed or left-handed version you need. Then check the carry method: outside the waistband (OWB), inside the waistband (IWB), shoulder or another method. Belt width and attachment are also part of the setup.
4. Review the variant before adding it to your basket
Use the product selection fields for firearm model, hand and other available properties. Check the selected combination and the description before adding it to your basket.
If your exact model is missing, do not choose a similar name on speculation. Ask for advice with the complete details.
