The Safariland 573 keeps one compatible pistol magazine and one standard chain-style handcuff separately accessible. A central adjustment screw lets the user set retention for the equipment being carried.
This configuration
Fits: single- and double-stack magazines for H&K P7/M8, Walther PPS, SIG Sauer P225 and P239 according to the verified Fit 53 assignment; plus one standard chain-style handcuff.
Configuration: right hand, Black. The right-hand configuration is worn on the left side of the body, with the magazine angled forward. The paddle fits belts up to 45 mm wide.

Magazine, handcuff and belt are not included.
What the features mean in practice
Quick attachment: The paddle attaches without opening the belt. Its hook catches underneath the belt and stabilises the pouch as equipment is removed.
Separate compartments: The magazine and handcuff sit in their own carriers. The central screw adjusts retention for the combination in use.
Compatible items
A compatible pistol magazine, a standard chain-style handcuff and a suitable belt up to 45 mm wide are required. These items are not included.
