Novelle der Verpackungsverordnung in Kraft getreten, nach der Hersteller und Vertreiber von mit Ware befüllten Verkaufs- und / oder Transportverpackungen, die typischerweise an den privaten Endverbraucher abgegeben werden, verpflichtet sind, sich an einem dualen System zu beteiligen.
Originale Verkaufsverpackung von Produkten
Produktverpackungen müssen durch den Hersteller oder Importeur bei einem deutschen dualen System lizenziert sein. Die Lizenzierungspflicht muss derjenige erfüllen, der die Verpackung zusammen mit dem Produkt erstmals in Deutschland in den Verkehr bringt.
Bei vielen Produkten ist die Verpackung integraler Bestandteil des Produkts. Die Verpackung wird vom Hersteller speziell dafür entwickelt und ist damit optimal zum Schutz des Produktes geeignet. Für den Fall, dass Sie Ihr Produkt während der Garantiezeit oder auch danach zum Service einschicken müssen, ist die Originalverpackung der sicherste Schutz vor Transportschäden. Denken Sie auch daran, dass Sie Ihr Produkt vielleicht später einmal wieder verkaufen möchten - auch dann ist es von großen Vorteil, das Produkt mit Originalverpackung anbieten zu können. Wir empfehlen Ihnen daher, die Originalverpackung aller Produkte aufzubewahren.
Transportverpackung für den Versand von Produkten
Vertreiber, die erstmals mit Ware befüllte Transportverpackungen, die typischerweise beim privaten Endverbraucher anfallen, in den Verkehr bringen, müssen sich an einem der auf dem Markt tätigen dualen Systeme beteiligen. Damit soll sichergestellt werden, dass jede Verkaufsverpackung, die beim privaten Endverbraucher anfällt, im Rahmen eines Systembeteiligungsvertrages erfasst worden ist und entsprechende Verwertungsgebühren entrichtet werden.
